SALES AGREEMENT

The seller warrants that are above described puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership. I guarantee my dogs to be pet quality, not showing or breeding quality. We cannot guarantee in a young puppy color, weight, and size. Not covered are slight genetic and not considered to be non-life threatening would be the following: umbilical or inguinal hernia, undescended testicles, loose patella, and under or overbite. We will no way be liable for the above, these are not considered life threatening. This contract does not cover Coccidia, which can be caused by stress. Changing the environment of a small puppy can cause a full blown case. Medication is given for stress before each puppy is sold. For protection of all concerned parties, you should have a licensed veterinarian examine your puppy within 72 hours (not including Sundays or holidays) of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian declares animal in unacceptable health and the animal is returned to me within 24 hours of the exam, I will gladly exchange for another puppy if one is available at that time. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian is required. If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery, no guarantee is made and no other grounds for exchange will be accepted. I will not be responsible for the cost of the veterinarian checkups , any medication that might be offered, or any other charges required in the future. No guarantee is made in regards to size, color, or quality at maturity, unless otherwise stated below. In order for us to hold a puppy for you , you will need to make a $200.00 deposit non-refundable and will be applied to the purchase price of your puppy. This agreement is a binding contract in the state of Texas and is the entire agreement between the buyer and us concerning the health conditions and/ or loss of this puppy. No puppy shall be sold until the buyer has read the entire agreement.
